Guest Identification & Hotel Policies
  • As per government regulations, all guests (adults & children) must present valid ID proof at check-in. Accepted IDs include Voter ID, Driving License, Aadhaar Card, or any other government-issued photo ID (except PAN Card).
  • The hotel management reserves the right to deny check-in if a guest fails to provide valid ID proof or exhibits suspicious behavior.
  • In case of pandemics, natural calamities, or strikes, refunds will not be provided. However, the amount can be adjusted for future bookings or availed as credit for other hotel services.
